Trey is the CEO and Co-Founder of All Things Financial, LLC. , An Insurance, Tax Strategy and Fiduciary Wealth Management firm in partnership with Guardian Wealth Strategies based in Minneapolis, MN. Since July of 2015, Trey has taught over 450 retirement planning classes to thousands of families to help them retire once and retire well. He also leads Creative Masterminds and coaches' business owners, leaders and professionals on how to win with money and in life. He has generated 6 or 7 figures in 5 different industries including Insurance, Investments, Real Estate, Business Consulting and in the Personal Development industry. Trey's background in wrestling, football and rugby translated well into the business world as he leads other high-capacity leaders who are driven to be their best.
Trey was raised in a home with Pastors for parents who taught him to serve God, think out-of the-box, dream big, work hard and love people. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, along with the National Institute of Christian Leadership. After investing 3.5 years chasing money in a career that left him unfulfilled and depressed despite his financial success, he is passionate about helping others find their niche, elevate their thinking, develop their greatness and win in every area of life.

Dr. Tim Peterson was saved at the age of seven, baptized in the Holy Spirit at fourteen, and called into the ministry at eighteen years of age by the audible voice of God while sitting in chapel his freshman year of college at Oral Roberts University. He began pastoring at the age of twenty-one and has pastored now for over four decades, starting hundreds of churches all over the world.
One of Dr. Peterson’s main messages over his lifetime is entitled, A Kingdom of King and Priests, which is a series of eight sermons that have been put in book form and read around the world. The anointing upon Dr. Peterson’s life and ministry has been witnessed by people whose lives have experienced supernatural increase and growth in their business lives by listening and implementing his teachings.
Dr. Peterson teaches that God has a call upon business people’s lives to succeed financially in order to give of their finances to help build God’s kingdom. Many who have sat under Dr. Peterson’s ministry have doubled, tripled, and even seen their incomes multiply by 10 and 20 times, and some even more.
In his business life, he has been involved in real estate, beginning with residential and moving into commercial real estate, which has made him a multi-millionaire. His teaching and coaching have done the same for others.

With over three decades experience in the transportation industry, Mike Hennek offers vast expertise, a wide range of capabilities, and a unique perspective to every school district with which 4.0 School Services works. For his accomplishments in the bussing industry, Mike received the prestigious Golden Merit Award from the National School Transportation Association in 2004.
Mike began his career as a mechanic, literally working his way from the ground up in the School Bus Industry. The combination of his mechanical aptitude with his managerial skill and public relations proficiency enabled him to build an exceptional, comprehensive approach to transportation challenges. It is this collection of talents that has led to the inception of innovative budget remedies, efficient transportation operations, and turn-key solutions that are the hallmark of 4.0 School Services today.
Mike knows the challenges faced by administrators with limited resources and is committed to providing exceptional school services to suit both the needs and the budget of any school district.
Mike was born and raised in Mankato, he enjoys spending his free time with his family, and restoring old muscle cars.
